Welcome to the Gaadys 2026 Nomination Form
This is a multi-step form and may take about 30 minutes to complete, depending on how much information you already have prepared.
Before you begin, please review the information needed below. Some responses may require input from product, design, engineering, research, accessibility, or leadership team members.
You will be asked to confirm eligibility, provide contact and product details, answer several written questions about the product development process, and certify that the information submitted is true and accurate.

- Whether the product uses an accessibility overlay

- Full name of the person submitting the nomination or serving as the follow-up contact

- If the product is hardware or does not have a public URL, please indicate that in the URL field
Written questions to prepare
The open-ended responses below will be used to evaluate applications. We recommend drafting these answers before starting the form.
Accessibility as a core requirement
- Describe how the team made accessibility a core technical requirement during ideation, design, development, testing, and/or launch.
- You may want to include whether accessibility was part of the definition of done, tracked as a project milestone, included in testing, or addressed through accessibility reviews, bug bashes, audits, or release criteria.
Input from people with disabilities

- Describe the specific technical or design challenges the team faced and how they were overcome.
You may want to include challenges related to assistive technology compatibility, interaction design, keyboard access, screen readers, magnification, voice input, switch access, color, contrast, layout, motion, cognitive accessibility, hardware, software, or platform constraints.
Final certification
At the end of the form, you will be asked to certify that the information submitted is true and accurate. Please review your responses carefully before submitting. Submissions accepted until Friday, July 10.
